The CTBUH (Consejo de Edificación en Altura y Hábitat Urbano), with Ortiz.León Arquitectos as the Spanish representative, is hosting the first local event: “High-rise buildings in Spain: New or renovated: what is the best way to be sustainable and prepared for the future?

The event, held at COAM on March 20 to a full house, is the first in a series of national conferences on tall buildings. Discussions highlighted the importance of decision-making at both the urban and building design levels, including the promotion of tall buildings as part of a densification strategy for new and renovated buildings to promote sustainability and green transition, in the context of the upcoming CTBUH international conference. conference in London and Paris in September 2024.
