The Escalonia Residential complex, designed for Aedas Homes, comprises three distinct phases for a total of 403 homes.

The architectural proposal distributes the dwellings in blocks separated by courtyards that minimize the footprint of the buildings, generating very large landscaped common areas that favor the comfort of the user.

The architecture of the homes allows for great flexibility in adapting to the changing needs of the families with minimal actions. All the rooms in all the houses have natural lighting and ventilation.

The building has been designed following bioclimatic criteria and using the most innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies.

It is worth mentioning the use of geothermal energy for air conditioning and DHW production with the consequent freeing of space on the roofs of the building. This has made it possible to colonize the roofs with vegetation, generating a rest garden in height and private vegetable garden areas on the roof of the building. Escalonia also has a rainwater tank that will save 30% in water for irrigation and community cleaning.
