As a consequence of the new needs that have arisen after the pandemic, an open residential building is proposed, in which the relationship with the exterior is encouraged. A building with large terraces that connect it with the nearby green areas and that in turn establish a perspective relationship with the Sierra de Madrid that is perceived on the horizon.

All the dwellings are exterior and respond to the day-night zoning scheme. Day zone, composed of living rooms and kitchens, and night zone, with bedrooms and toilets, this simple distribution generates an excellent interior functioning. Each has an air recovery system that ensures sustainable comfort in the house. In addition, its staggered shape achieves the goal of generating large terraces, outdoor living spaces of great value that are linked to the house through the day area and manage to increase the value of each one.

The design of the common areas has been carefully designed. The entrances, the gourmet area and the pool area are connected by landscaped areas of great spatial and landscape richness.

Finally, for the generation of domestic hot water and heating, a sustainable production system such as geothermal energy has been chosen. This, together with the watertightness of the fa莽ade and the efficiency of the rest of the installations, generates a high energy efficiency and an Energy Rating A.
