There are very few office buildings in Spain, and even fewer that are more than five years old, that were originally conceived as an environmental building.

Perhaps the most unique feature of the Sanitas Building is that it has an architecture that from the very beginning stood out for its quality and innovative image. This is because it was designed and conceived based on sustainable, environmental and energy criteria that are being defined internationally and it is for this reason that it was selected among the projects presented at the international conference in Oslo “Green Building Challenge 2002” within the representation led by the Ministry of Public Works and the Higher Council of Colleges of Architects of Spain.

The building from the origin of the project was designed taking into account the problems of maintenance of the same providing it with a Data-Center where “the intelligence” of the building is concentrated and all the data is concentrated to optimize it from the point of view not only of use but also energy, is the only way to achieve the intended environmental efficiency.
