Cuatro Caminos Gardens

The intervention comprises a set of four projects in the Cuatro Caminos area in Madrid for Darya Homes. Through the execution of four RPA plots, the transforming effect of a neighborhood in an effervescent situation will be boosted.

In this case, the operation goes beyond a mere building intervention to become an urban planning operation with very positive effects on the environment and the community.

A proposal of scale, with contextual materials such as brick, allows to approach the environment in a calm way but at the same time betting on a quality product that is intended to accelerate the recovery of the environment. The stone details on the facade and the careful treatment of the openings give singularity to the facade.
