The architectural proposal distributes the homes in blocks separated by patios that minimize the footprint of the buildings, generating very large gardened common areas, favoring user comfort. The architecture of the homes allows great flexibility to adapt to the changing needs of families with minimal actions. All rooms in all homes have natural lighting and ventilation. The building has been designed following bioclimatic criteria and with the most innovative energy efficiency and renewable energy technologies. It is worth highlighting the use of geothermal energy for the production of air conditioning and DHW with the consequent freeing up of space on the roofs of the building. This has allowed the roofs to be colonized with vegetation, generating a high-rise rest garden and areas of private orchards on the roof of the building. In turn, Escalonia has a rainwater tank that provides savings of 30% in irrigation water and community cleaning.
