Han finalizado las obras de la tercera fase de viviendas prefabricadas de Ortiz.Leon Arquitectos en colaboración con Homm en Torrejón de Ardoz.

Between the three phases, a total of 47 prefabricated single-family homes with parking and common and private garden areas have been built.
A total of 282 modules of approximately 6.20×4.00 m in size have been installed, distributed in packages of 6 modules per dwelling, 3 of them on the first floor and three on the second floor.
A total of 11,365.12 m2 of constructed housing area, and more than 1000 m2 of landscaped area.
