Building Cluster offers a collaborative contract between developer and builder to avoid cost overruns

Como empresa perteneciente al Clúster de la edificación, hemos llevado a cabo un nuevo modelo de acuerdo entre promotor inmobiliario y constructor que tiene como finalidad evitar desvíos de precios, plazos y calidad en los proyectos.

From the Working Group “Collaborative Contracts” of Clúster de la Edificación composed by us and ACR, Culmia, Habitat Inmobiliaria ,Ingennus , RocaJunyent, Lean Construction by THiNK productivity and VALLADARES ingeniería S.L., we seek to consolidate this agreement as an alternative to the traditional one, characterized by the lack of relationship and communication between the agents 🤝.

One of the main characteristics of this model is its flexibility, allowing it to adapt to the specific circumstances and needs of each developer or construction company in each project, in addition to achieving greater involvement of the developer and the builder.

A new form of execution that benefits all parties involved in the development of the project.
